The Promoter will make available a list of all prize winners’ surnames and counties to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. These can be requested by sending an email to customerservices@winwithnurishment.co.uk with the subject line ‘Winners List’. Names and photographs of prize winners may be used for publicity purposes. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that his/her company allows personal business awards. It is the responsibility of the applicant to declare all benefits received through this promotion to HM Inland Revenue and to pay any relevant tax on any benefit in kind.

Retain promotional packaging and itemised receipt showing date of purchase during the Promotion Period and prior to date of entry as they may be required for additional verification purposes. - How to enter the Nurishment Display Competition: Take a picture of your in-store Nurishment Display and upload it to the upload competition section of the Nurishment promotional website, along with your name, your e-mail address, your home address and which cash and carry supplier you purchased from.
- Winners of the winning moments competition will be notified instantly on screen and via email whether they have won or are unsuccessful, what prize they have won and that their win will be verified.
- Entrants may win a maximum of one prize for the duration of the Promotion Period.
- Entries are limited to one per person per day. Entries received by any other means other than that stated above will be rejected unless requested as part of a verification process.
- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
- Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
- Winners of the prizes may be required at any time to present the receipt and the promotional pack including the barcode for additional verification, so entrants must ensure receipts and promotional packs are retained. It is within the discretion of the Promoter as to whether it will award a prize if no receipt and/or promotional pack with a valid barcode is provided if requested.
- Prizes: During the Promotion Period there are a total of 10 “winning moments” and 3 store display competition winners prizes available to be won. These include:

- 3x £100 Credit Voucher (selected from all entries for the in-store showcase competition).
- Credit vouchers are redeemable at selected Dhamecha, Lioncroft and Parfetts stores, are to be redeemed by 20/09/2025 and the Chance to WIN with Nurishment promotional terms and conditions apply.
- For prize delivery the credit voucher value is to be transferred from Noise Agency Limited to the verified winner’s bank account, within 7 days of the win
- The prize is non-transferable and non-divisible, and no cash alternative is available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

- It is the entrant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter by email if their postal or email address has changed since they submitted their entry.
- General: The Promoter will do all that it reasonably can to ensure that the Website is functioning correctly throughout the period of the promotion. However, the Promoter will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the Website howsoever caused which affect the operation of the promotion.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude the liability of the Promoter or of the employees, distributors, retailers, agents, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives and agents for death or personal injury caused by their respective negligence, or the negligence of their respective personnel, agents or subcontractors, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID which the entrant must provide within 7 days and to refuse to accept any entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter on all decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage, but will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- Data Protection: The Promoter will collect personal information from the entrant for the purposes of administering this promotion and will share this personal information with its marketing agency and other partners who will be supporting the Promoter with the promotion. Upon entry, entrants will also be asked if they would like to receive future marketing communications and offers from the Promoter. If entrants choose to receive these future communications, they can opt-out of receiving them at any time. All entrant’s details will be deleted following the close of the promotion, unless entrants have opted in to future marketing communications by

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in Scotland in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
